You will receive legal services as part of your management agreement.  It starts with advisory services and includes treatment of the delinquent account.  It starts with a warning letter from a lawyer and includes representation of the building in a lawsuit against the offender.

It could be a pipe that burst in middle of the night, sewage overflow or a warning from the municipality.

We can guide you through the process of repairs along with licensed professionals with minimum involvement

Easy House offers its customers a special application that can be used to perform actions quickly without having to wait for a representative.

The municipality did not remove garbage? Is the irrigation system working non-stop?  The elevator is stuck? Just open the application submit the service request and you can even add a picture.

You will then receive an inquiry number and we will keep you updated as to the status of the repairs.

If the buildings' representatives wants to check the number of service requests and their status, they can check online in the application and see all current service requests in different views and see what the status is of each service call.

Easy payments of the building's fees is what Easy House is about.  Every tenant can log into the application, go through a quick identification check and find out what months he has not paid his fees.

He can then choose the months he wants to pay, enter his credit/debit card information, and he will receive a receipt to his email.

The buildings' representatives can see  reports of each tenant any time they want to see who has paid and the total collection status for the whole building.

Questions and answers

Easy House  advocates absolute transparency. Each quarter, the property owner receives a follow-up report including all repairs that were made as well as the breakdown of the repairs covered by Easy House and the repairs to be covered by the property owner via mail and/or email. The report includes all calls made by tenants to Easy House  and a status update of the payment of all monthly bills. Each property owner can choose whether he/she wishes to be contacted by our team for approval of all repairs and repair fees that are not covered by Easy House  . Repairs will never be made without the property owner's approval. In addition, the company runs a call center to provide customer service to property owners and tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
