C. Legal services
Our service includes the use of the company's legal services for preparation the rental agreement. Other legal services regarding tenants or third party will be given to the client's request.
Fees: our exclusive service provides a unique and comprehensive experience for 10% of the annual rental fees + VAT.
There are no management fees while the apartment is vacant!
