Easy House is aware of the importance of a reliable and experienced professional, therefore, we have partnered with a handful of experienced professionals who are obligated to Easy House's service agreement. Easy House's professionals are committed to providing professional, quick and reliable services at reasonable rates as per Easy House's price list.

The criteria Easy House has set for choosing professionals are: quality of work, rates, credibility, ethics, reliability, and punctuality. All of the professionals who work with Easy House were hand-picked to ensure that only the top professionals in each field are those providing service to our customers. 

Easy House is proud of the pool of reliable professionals currently partnered up with it. In the rare case in which any of our customers express dissatisfaction for a particular professional, an alternate professional is immediately sent to handle the problem, Easy House then looks into the source of the customer’s dissatisfaction and in some cases the client us also being compensated.

The maintenance services are supplied to Easy House's customers for reduced rates of up to 25% off the general market rates. The discount is based on the consumer recommended rates that are released annually. Joining Easy Houses' services grants the customers with access to the pool of professionals for personal use, as well

Do you want to know what expenses were paid from your Association payments?  No problem. Easy House has an organized computerized system where each payment is entered.

You will receive legal services as part of your management agreement.  It starts with advisory services and includes treatment of the delinquent account.  It starts with a warning letter from a lawyer and includes representation of the building in a lawsuit against the offender.
